about urbanseashell — a collection

urbanseashell #1

Welcome to urbanseashell — a collection from cityline to shoreline. What is an urbanseashell and how did I get started? I have been collecting urbanseashell’s for years now and incorporate them in my artwork. My collection (#1 shown above) is as unique as the businesses and entrepreneurial adventurists I will be featuring on this site.

urbanseashell — a collection, is a unique venue bringing talent right to your fingertips. A forum to connect people like you to business sources you may not have known you were looking for. If you are looking for a life coach, or want to purchase a unique gift or perhaps you're just looking for a place to eat, urbanseashell — a collection is your source.

I would like to thank Louise Crawford of onlytheblogknowsbrooklyn for her support and generosity. Louise hosted the first annual Brooklyn Blogfest in June which I attended. Bloggers were invited to speak and share their experiences at the Old Stone House in Park Slope. Many of them were meeting each other for the very first time. It was an incredible showing of people who were very passionate about the work they were doing. Inspired by everyone there, I got to work and launched urbanseashell — a collection on July 25, 2006.
