*ABOUT THE ARTIST: Julia Santos Solomon is one of the most successful contemporary Dominican artists on the landscape today.  Julia is a multi-faceted artist creating paintings,  sculpture, drawings and mixed media. The bright colors of the Caribbean landscape are an important vehicle for her expression.
She portrays the mystery and beauty of the vegetation. Julia’s work has been exhibited nationally and abroad.  Currently, her work is represented in many public collections, including several museums.
