This reading is a benefit for the Helping Hands Food Pantry, which donates emergency food supplies to those living in Prospect Heights, Fort Greene and Park Slope. A $5 donation is requested but pay what you wish. Includes wine and light refreshments.

The Artful Dodger (Kevin Quinn) and Oliver (Lily Spellman)

“Consider Yourself” invited to enjoy the musical Oliver! Brought to life by Stages, a Children’s Theatre Workshop, Inc., the Tony award winning musical will be performed at the Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor by the young actors of Stages on Saturday, December 20th, at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and Sunday, December 21st, at 2:00 PM. The classic Charles Dickens tale of Oliver Twist with music, lyrics, and book by Lionel Bart, is brought to life with exciting drama, pathos, humor, and all the Tony-winning songs that have become part of Broadway musical history. Sure to delight audiences of all ages, Oliver! will make a musical memory to be shared by the entire family.

Oliver! is directed and choreographed by Helene Leonard with musical accompaniment provided by Amanda Jones and James Benard. The set design is by Robin Richards and Goran Petmil; costumes are by Barbara Oldak.

Oliver! is a glorious musical filled with unforgettable songs, dancing, and heart, guaranteeing a night filled with laughter, tears, and a lifting of the spirit.
