Tradition at Dempsey's Bar on 2nd Ave NY, NY

Paradox Smoke Productions sent me the following press release. Thanks Sam!

It’s been quite a year and 2012 looks to be even more exciting. The dvd, which comes with a bonus cd that contains almost an hour of live music recorded the night of filming, continues to sell nicely and is always available on our website
www.beautifulpeopledocfilm.com.

In addition to the regular Tuesday night seisiúns at Dempsey’s Pub in NYC, upcoming events for the year include the Savannah Irish Festival in February, both the North Texas Irish Festival in Dallas and the Manchester Irish Festival in England in March, a screening in San Diego for St. Patrick’s week-end, and the Rocky Mountain Irish Festival in Ft. Collins, Colorado around Labor Day.

Tracks from the cd have been playing on radio stations WCWA on “The Echoes of Ireland” with John Connelly out of Toledo, Ohio; WCUW on “Four Green Fields” with Bud Sargent out of Worcester, Mass; and WSOU on “The Celtic Heritage Hour” with Joe Vogel out of Seton Hall University in New Jersey.

We’re also in talks to attend The Ottawa Irish Fest in March, The Penn-Mar Irish Festival in June, the Arizona Highland Celtic Festival in July,
the Milwaukee Irish Festival and the Minnesota Irish Fair in August, as well as an event with the Irish American Society of Tidewater, Virginia.

Not to mention those we still haven't heard back from, the schedule is full of open dates to host an event.

If you’re a Facebook person, please 'LIKE' our page at: The Dempsey Seisiuns-Beautiful People, for frequent updates as well as specific screening times. This information will also be posted on our website and sent in periodic e-mail blasts to those not participating in social networking sites.

We look forward to a happy and healthy new year for all,
